During these unprecedented times the Government are offering ways to relieve the financial impact on businesses that have been forced to close or reduce their services.
Companies across the UK are now able to formally place their staff on furlough which allows the company to claim 80% of their wage through the Government’s Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme.
In order to do so, employers must gain formal written consent from their employee/s and retain it for a period of 5 years.
